Hi, I’m Alexia Patterson

I have always been a creative soul. Growing up with an artist mother and graphic designer father, I became very aware of aesthetics and how things go together. Even from a young age, I was redecorating and building model homes. I have since taken that passion and skill and founded Alexia Home Designs.

       My family and I worked with Alexia Home Designs while planning our international move from the US to the Netherlands. What seemed as if an impossible task to get our home ready for us from afar, was made much easier and stress free because Alexia was communicative, helpful, thoughtful and most of all, a great Interior Designer.       Alexia has been designing entirely my bedroom in Amsterdam. The small size of the bedroom made it complex to organize a sufficient space for storage. Her role was to find the best layout to optimize storage space. Alexia is very professional and will listen to you to get a result that match your colors, personality and budget. She has been organizing and leading every step from plastered, to final decoration. Im really happy with my new room it fits perfectly my need and my personality.       While in california Alexia turned what used to be a preschool space into a beautiful  comfortable living space . She help me with ; finding the right color for the walls , classy and modern furniture , art pieces and even plants . Alexia is a young women with integrity and very professional.       Alexia did a great job with our apartment building’s communal stairwell. To convince all of the owners, it needed to be affordable, and Alexia’s offer was by far the best price and the quickest. It was a difficult job, with large holes, cracks, high ceilings, old bannisters, and elderly residents who had to be able to enter and exit safely throughout the job! Alexia handled the different residents expertly, keeping everything accessible and tidy while finishing in record time. She was responsive and punctual, and communication was easy. The stairwell looks brand new now- the stairs, walls, and bannisters are all repaired and repainted. We’re so happy we hired Alexia to do the job- professional, affordable, efficient, and good quality! I’d highly recommend her!
